Swiper helps you quickly organize your photo library by swiping through photos. Swipe left to mark photos for deletion, or swipe right to keep them. Once you're done reviewing photos, tap the finish button to delete all selected photos at once.

What are the photo deletion limits?

Free users can delete up to 40 photos per day. Premium subscribers enjoy unlimited deletions with no daily restrictions.

What are the Premium subscription benefits?

How do I restore my Premium purchase?

If you've previously purchased Premium on another device or after reinstalling the app, you can restore your purchase:

  • Open the Settings tab in the app
  • Tap on the Premium section
  • Tap "Restore Purchases"
  • Your Premium status will be restored if you have an active subscription

Why does the app need Photo Library access?

Swiper needs access to your Photo Library to:

  • Display your photos for review
  • Allow you to delete unwanted photos
  • Organize and manage your photo collection

All photos remain on your device. We never upload, store, or access your photos on any server. Your privacy is our priority.

When you first open Swiper, you'll be prompted to grant Photo Library access. If you've denied access previously:

  • Check your selected album filter in Settings
  • Ensure you have photos in your library

Can I undo a deletion?

Unfortunately, once photos are deleted, they cannot be recovered through the app. However, if you have iCloud Photos enabled, deleted photos may be recoverable from the "Recently Deleted" album in the Photos app for up to 30 days.

How do I change photo sorting or filter by album?

You can customize how photos are displayed:

  • Go to the Settings tab

Swiper can send you push notifications to keep you informed about:

  • Reminders to clean up your photo library
  • New features and app updates
  • Tips for organizing your photos

You can enable or disable notifications at any time from your device Settings. We use OneSignal to deliver push notifications securely and reliably.

Do you collect analytics or crash reports?

Yes. To help us improve Swiper and ensure stability, we use Google's Firebase services:

  • Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymous usage data and event metrics to understand how features are used. This helps us prioritize improvements.
  • Firebase Remote Config: Allows us to safely roll out configuration changes and feature flags without requiring an app update.
  • Firebase Crashlytics: Provides crash reports and diagnostics so we can quickly identify and fix issues.

We do not upload or store your photos on any server. Analytics and crash data may include device information, OS version, and anonymized identifiers to help us diagnose problems. You can manage analytics permissions from your device settings.
